What to include
- The name of your Zoho Books organisation (never its credentials).
- The supplier and the statement date, if the question is about one reconciliation.
- Which screen you were on and what you were trying to do.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
- Never include passwords, access tokens or API keys. We will not ask for them, and we cannot use them.
Security issues
If you believe you have found a security problem in the extension, write to the same address with “Security” in the subject line. We read those first.
Data and privacy requests
What the extension reads, stores and deletes is described in the Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion. Requests about a person’s data are handled with the customer whose Zoho Books organisation holds it.
